What separates you from the Amazons of the world (besides $ millions of dollars in weekly revenue)??  It’s focusing on a niche - or at least it should be.

If you think that you can be all things to all people on the internet, think again.  The successful internet entrepreneurs treat their online business as any other business and pay particular attention to details ( ie -- profit margins, expenses, traffic (qualified traffic as well), and conversions).

These Internet business men and women select products that will exploit a particular market niche.  They’ve done their homework and know that there is a high demand and a limited supply for their particular product.  This is a qualified market.

**How did they find out supply and demand on the internet you ask? 

First, they looked at the number of searches of (a) particular keyword(s) to find out the demand of their product/niche.  Then they investigated the number of matches to a particular keyword search to discover the supply (ie competition) for their product/niche.  Manually, this can take an extremely long time but this is exactly what they did.

Now it’s automated.  Well, you’ll have to get the software but it’s well worth the cost.  One that I recommend is keywordelite.  With KeywordElite, it’s incredibly easy to find online niches that could make you some serious $$money.    A free idea on how to get a feel for demand (ie - # of searches) is to use wordtracker’s or google’s free programs. Go to their website & you’ll find it.

Nothing will support your internet business more than a dramatic increase in traffic. 

However, the more refined and targeted your product and market niche, the more qualified your prospect will be - and the higher your conversions.
