What separates the “men” from the boys? Why do some folks make a tremendous amount of money and others
don’t? Can we model the top producers?
The answer is right in front of us. It’s not luck that some people are successful. Rather, these folks are dedicated, have quality systems and
procedures, and repeat these over and over.
From my research, here are some qualities, procedures, and mannerisms that I’ve
noticed that many of the top producers have and share:
